Charlie Irving started in the restaurant and catering business 20 years ago, when he left 15 years of corporate management in Kroger Food to open up his first restaurant. Charlie’s passion for feeding people good food with fresh ingredients led him to getting started in the food business.
Serving only the freshest ingredients he would be happy to serve his own children, combined with the attention to customer satisfaction and quality service, Charlie’s staff starts prepping all catering at 4:30am, when other caterers’ food is still sitting in a freezer.
